1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Morro Creek Ranch website (the “Site”) or purchasing any products from the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must not use the Site.

2. Products and Pricing

  • Product Availability: All products, including avocados and related goods, are subject to availability.
  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of your order placement.
  • Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders, calculated based on the shipping address and current local tax laws, as required by law.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment Gateway: All payments are processed securely through Square
  • Currency: All transactions are in United States Dollars (USD).

4. Shipping and Delivery Policy (Perishable Goods)

  • Shipping Area: Morro Creek Ranch currently ships only within the United States (US Domestic Zone). We do not ship to international destinations, including Canada or Mexico.
  • Shipping Method: We offer Free Shipping on all orders. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all orders are shipped using an expedited service to ensure freshness.
  • Perishable Goods Risk: The customer assumes all risk of loss or damage from the time the product is placed in the care of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for spoilage due to delivery delays outside of our control (e.g., incorrect address or carrier issues).
  • Delivery Time: We ship perishable goods and the 24-hour reporting window for spoilage and are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation

  • Final Sale on Perishables: Due to the nature of our products (avocados/perishable goods), all sales are considered final.
  • Damaged/Defective Goods: If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact Morro Creek Ranch within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
  • Order Cancellation: Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for shipping.
